With the provided templates, companies can start to work immediately without worrying about creating several templates and adjusting configurations in the system.
  • The Meal allowances for Germany are already configured, according to the law, so whenever an employee goes on a business travel, the employee just has to add the location and the time spent, and the system will automatically calculate the value to be paid.
  • The Mandatory breaks configuration is also already taken care of. Whenever an employee, inside the German territory, uses the time and attendance module, the configuration for breaks is already included out-of-the-box. The system will tell exactly how much break the employee has to take, also defines when the night time starts, making it possible for HR Managers to adust the working time of their employees accordingly. The configuration also involves the break configuration for minors (employees under the age of 18), where the legislation states that they should have a 30 minutes break after working more than 4,5 hours and 60 minutes break if they work more than 6 hours.
  • The Calendars for all the regions are already included, with all the regional and bank holidays, removing the need for the HR Manager to create those entries.
  • The integration with Local Job Boards is already delivered within the standard solution, making the publishing of vacancies uncomplicated. Out-of-the-box, the solution provides an integration with Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BfA), Stepstone and Broadbean.
  • Local Absence Types are delivered according to the German standards. They are already designed to respect the local regulation, such as adding the absent hours to the daily summaries (e.g. employee goes on Vacation, and the hours will be added to the daily summaries, ensuring that those days are not being deducted from his/her payment).
