Employee Self-Services

The extensive self-services in Dynamics HR Management enable your employees to do many HR related tasks without the support of the HR department.

For example, employees can independently change their personal information, such as address or bank details, they can easily submit receipts and create leave requests within minutes.

The self-service functions not only support the employees, but also relieve the HR department through automatisms and control functions.

Note: This part of the Learning Center deals with the self-services from the employee's point of view. All other functions that are available to you as HR Manager are handled in the respective administration areas. An overview of functionalities available to Supervisors is provided to you in the Manager Self Services module.
