The Digital Personnel File is the central point of contact for all tasks. It contains not only all information, business and personal, but can also be used as a starting point for almost all tasks.

If you hire employees using the HR for Dynamics Best Practice Recruiting process, the applicant data is automatically transferred to the Digital Personnel File. Further information on the recruiting process can be found in the Recruiting module.

You also have access to all functions related to Wages. Here you can monitor and control all wages, both basic salaries and bonuses or commissions. You can then export a complete overview and transfer it to payroll accounting.

Employee administration also offers you the option of position planning. In this way, you can already find and reserve potential successors for each position, so that these positions can be filled as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
