F&O Integration with HR for Dynamics

The integration of Finance and Operations Human Resources ("F&O") with the Hubdrive Human Resources solution ("HR") provides businesses with a powerful toolkit for managing their workforce.   2. Hubdrive F&O HR Integration solution installed
  3. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations provisioned and connected to the Dataverse Environment

Virtual Tables

Virtual Tables provide a mechanism to use Tables from external data sources like Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in Microsoft Dataverse. Unlike the Dual write feature, this is achieved without having to store a physical copy of the data in Dataverse. The Hubdrive F&O HR Integration solution uses Virtual Tables, which provides several advantages compared to the alternative, namely:

  • Real time availability of data
  • Only one copy of the data is stored
  • Robust event framework with CRUD capabilities
  • No more duplicates due to failed synchronizations
  • Simpler setup and administration
