Benefit Management is now a feature for HR for Dynamics, enabling organizations to collate, prepare, and roll out benefits for their Employees. Benefit Management means that employers are more easily able to offer both traditional benefits such as Medical Insurance, Retirement Savings Plans, and Health Insurance or non-traditional benefits such as wellness, retail, or employee recognition and reward from within HR for Dynamics.

Copilot Open AI ChatGPT in HR for Dynamics

With Rollup Update 41, HR for Dynamics becomes the world's first HR solution to integrate ChatGPT which is now available as Copilot from Microsoft.

The Copilot integration allows your recruiters to work more efficiently and faster. If you receive an email from a candidate via Outlook, ChatGPT can generate an automatically generated E-Mail. The Copilot can access all relevant recruiting information in HR for Dynamics, e.g. job description & job offer. Thereby, you have several options to choose from to respond to an email:



  • Auto-Response: Intuitively responds to the email received and relates to the applicant's questions.
  • Auto-Receipt of Application: Creates an automatic receipt of the application.
  • Auto-Rejection: Creates an application rejection.
  • Invite for Interview: Creates an email with an invitation to an interview.
  • Provide Details about Vacancy: Creates an email with details about the vacancy.
  • Suggest your own: Creates a blank email whose content you can freely define.

New Recruiting Report-Dashboards & new Categorization of Applications

With Rollup Update 41, HR for Dynamics has been enhanced with a new recruiting dashboard. This offers you the possibility to monitor your recruiting success more closely and to make the appropriate decisions.

As of now, 1 new dashboard "Recruiting Channel Quality Dashboard", is available to help you accurately analyze your recruiting success.

Some of the Charts show you some statistics regarding the Rejection Reason. You will see, this new field with the Rejection Reason is mandatory and has to be filled when you have to reject an Application.
The included charts get your data from new fields in the application and applicant.
All applicants have been assigned certain abbreviations from now on, which change depending on the process status of the application.

  • RRA - Recruiting Received Applications: These are applications that have been received completely New without verifying that all documentation is complete.
  • RAA - Recruiting Accepted Applications: These are applications that have reached the second status ("Initial Assessment"). - This status should be used when a candidate has submitted their application in its entirety.
  • RQA - Recruiting Qualified Applications: This status is reached as soon as the first interview is scheduled with the candidate.

New KPI Functionality into OKR

We have extended our OKR App in Rollup Update 41 by integrating KPIs. This means that you now have the possibility to assign Key Performance Indicators to an employee in addition to Key Results.

Customer Benefits

The central difference in the KPIs is that they are key figure-driven. This means that these are primarily goals that can be measured with concrete figures and can go above 100% (full goal achievement). A good example would be that a sales employee gets as KPI e.g. "achieve 100.000 € turnover". Of course, this person has the chance to generate more than 100,000 € in sales, which means that you can also reach 120% or higher.

KPI's are to be seen hierarchically under Objectives. They can be nested however arbitrarily. In order to work successfully with KPI's, you (as a supervisor) must specify 2 values: "Initial Value" (abbreviation "IV" for Initial Value) and "Target Value"(abbreviation "TV" for Target Value). Your employee enters the "Current Value" (abbreviation "CV" for Current Value) in a third field.

Technical Details

The following formulas are used to calculate the progress.

Value property (TV > IV) (TV < IV) (TV = IV) (Do not divide condition by 0)
Formula for progress (%) (CV - IV) / (TV - IV) * 100 (CV - IV) / (TV - IV) * 100 (CV - IV) / (TV - IV) * 100

So you can work very flexibly with KPIs. For example, KPIs can be created with the goal of reducing something. As an example: Your support department has 1000 open support requests (initial value) - 500 support requests are set as the target value for the coming quarter. - If your department has 750 as current value (CV) in the middle of the quarter, the progress will be 50%.

KPIs can be nested as often as you like, which means that a Parent KPI can have multiple Child KPIs.
The progress of the KPIs is inherited linearly until the last parent KPI, which means that the parent KPI can have a progress of 200% at the end of the quarter.

If the KPI is attached to an objective, then the last parent KPI inherits a maximum of 100% to the objective, in order to avoid that progress above 100% can occur, since progress above 100% is reserved for the KPIs.

Employee Self- Service in Spanish

By translating your Dynamics 365 application into Spanish, we can cover a vast Spanish-speaking market, which includes over 500 million people worldwide. This opens up new opportunities for business growth and increased customer engagement.

Customer Benefits

The first translated module is the Employee Self-Service. Here the employee can perform all of its functions without the necessity of translate the different columns, tables and rows.

Users will feel more comfortable navigating the application in their native language, leading to higher user adoption rates and increased satisfaction.

Technical Details

This feature comes out-of-the-box, and the user can select the Spanish language in the personal settings of the environment.
