Flexible license management directly in CRM

You combine maximum flexibility with the solutions and their licenses. Now, it is even possible to combine purchased licenses and trial solutions; requiring only another license file to be run. Your system will then be automatically adjusted. New features will be displayed and unwanted features phased out.

Management has also been simplified. Now it is possible to track and manage license types and remaining available quantities (license expiry dates, etc.) directly in Microsoft CRM.
Licenses can be assigned to individual users directly through the CRM user interface. The allocation of required security roles can be done automatically. The number of available and already assigned licenses is displayed in an associated chart.

Trial solution without a license file

As of now, potential customers can test all xRM1 Business Solutions, for a two week period, without inputting a license file. It is even possible to combine purchased licenses and trial solutions.

Trials can be converted into a purchased license by simply running the license information. The Organization Unique Name is specifically needed to create a license. Now it is extremely easy to determine the Organization Unique Name. The Organization Unique Name is directly displayed in the configuration screen and can be selected and forwarded with the help of the integrated ‘Copy’ function.

The manufacturer will then create a license file for the desired licenses and can be, soon after, run by the customer.
