The position:

In this role, you will report to and work closely with the head of the development department on defining development environment, frameworks, base classes and technical specifications for the packaged software solutions that xRM1 develops and distributes.

Your responsibilities will include participating in defining the company's technology roadmap to provide product and service offering for on premise, cloud and hybrid deployments.

In addition you make sure that existing frameworks will be extended and new ones as well as  patterns are introduced  for use with the applications to improve stability and consistency of applications.

Within the team you support the head of development by coaching the development team on new techniques and tools.

You are working with various departments to identify areas of the applications so the development process that can be improved.

For sure you author as well technical specifications based on functional requirements.

Naturally the design, documentation and maintenance of system architecture is part of your responsability.

 

Your qualification:

You have atleast 5-7 years of experience of working with web technologies, JavaScript, C# and .NET

Within your past jobs you already gained very good skills in developping Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Microsoft Dynamics 365 and can provide the associated certificates

You have served as a technical lead or an architect in a software development company

Therefore you are familiar with Scrum development framework and test driven development

For sure you like the regular exchange with your team, have good communication skills and enjoy spending some time with your colleagues

Out of your experience and your qualification you produce high-quality work with minimal supervision

In addition you feel comfortable managing multiple tasks concurrently and initiating communication with other departments for follow up information

You bring along solid experience in design and development of RESTful web services

Last but not least you are capable of conducting code reviews and communicate constructive feedback both to developers and other managers
