Then we will go together one step further. In the intensive "Best Practice Approaches in Real-Time" Workshop, we will present you approaches to all requirements - in real-time.

You can decide at once if you would like to work as presented.
At first, the xRM1 Consultant will always present best practices Close to the standard. For requirements which can't be mapped with standard functionalities, he will directly discuss alternative approaches with you.
6-Step Process
All your requirements will be discussed iteratively:
- You’ll name a process or a requirement
- The xRM1 consultant will ask you questions about details
- The consultant will present a solution approach that adheres to the standard
- You’ll discuss the suggested solution with your team and the consultant
- If necessary, the consultant can present alternative options that deviate from the standard
- Requirement and solution approach will then be evaluated together

Participants
All relevant roles involved in the provided scenarios should take part in the "Approaches in Real-Time" workshop.
Each role has an individual view on the processes to be supported and must evaluate for itself, if the own requirements are met properly with the planned xRM1 business solution.
Relevant departments may attend the workshop successively. However, the Project managers should attend the complete Workshop within the scope of the "big picture".
