• Navigate to the Power Platform Admin Center
• Login with your Admin credentials
• On the left, click on Resources, then Capacity
• Scroll down until you see Add-ons
  • This may only be visible if per app licenses have already been purchased.
• In the Add-ons table, click on Manage at the top
• A Quick-Entry opens. Select the correct environment you created to install HR for Dynamics on. (screenshot)
• Add the number of App Passes you want to allocate in the correct field (screenshot)
  • General rule: one user needs one App Pass
  • See exceptions here
  • Keep in mind the App Passes are per environment, so plan accordingly if you have more than one environment
• Click Save at the bottom
• After following those steps, the number of assigned App passes will be displayed in the Add-ons table (screenshot)

Part 2: Assign licenses to users via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

• Navigate to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• Login with your Admin credentials
• On the left side, click on Users and select Active Users
• Here, you can see a list of all active users in your environment
• Mark all users in the list who should have access to the HR Solution
• Click on Manage product licenses in the top bar
• Select Assign more and check the box for Microsoft Power Automate Free (screenshot)
• Click Save changes at the bottom
• After following these steps, your system users will show up in Dynamics 365. This may take some time.
