More Flexibility in CRM-Project License Model

Smaller companies or departments expect basic project management functions for small budgets. The main focus is to have an easily manageable range and controllability within a few minutes. On the other hand, there are customers from particularly large companies who need extensive organization and process support as well as multi-project management for complex tasks. The CRM-Project license model needed to be more flexible to meet these, as well as other, necessities.

Now there are 5 CRM-Project license product types to meet these, as well as other requirements of the user.

  • CRM-Project Employee
  • CRM-Project Standard with Billing & Invoicing
  • CRM-Project Standard with Resource Management
  • CRM-Project Professional
  • CRM-Project Enterprise

Combination of licenses and upgrade

You can combine CRM-Project licenses for your users as you see fit. Upgrading your license to one of the more larger license product types is always possible; by simply replacing the license file with a new one. The additional features are then immediately activated.

License Management

Now it is possible to track and manage license types and remaining available quantities (license expiry dates, etc.) directly in Microsoft CRM.

Licenses can be assigned to the users directly through the CRM user interface. The allocation of required security roles can be done automatically.

The number of available and already assigned licenses is displayed in an associated chart.
