Advanced planning functionalities

In the context of a development and sales partnership, SIEVERS-SNC, Osnabrück and itara GmbH, Würzburg have announced the integration of their project management solutions.

The solution packages Sievers Projektmanagement and itara CRM-Project will be placed on the market as the integrated standard product "CRM-Project, the 4th module for professional project management in Microsoft CRM".

As a result of the integration, the following functionalities for project and resource planning will be available as of September 17.

    • Dynamic display of workloads on resource allocation
    • Workload mountain chart with separate records for employees and departments
    • Consideration of work hour schemes (full time, part time, etc.)
    • Management of work hours, including sick leave, parental leave, etc.
    • Approval and management of vacation leave, remaining leave and annual closing
  • Individual efficiency calculation for realistic resource planning
  • Skill management on resource allocation
  • Entry of assigned projects and work packages in the respective personal Outlook calendar
  • Optional automatic assignment of authorizations on resource allocation
  • Further reports for resource planning
  • Microsoft Project Export available with all columns now

Of course, the new functionalities are again fully integrated; no second databank, no additional client, offline capability, compatible with mobile clients such as CWR, etc.

As of September 17, the update is also available to our existing clients with a service contract.
