Sections of Digital Personnel File (HR Manager): Performance

Objective

This page has the objective to explain the fields in the tab Performance of the Digital Personnel File.

Overview: Performance tab

In this section, the HR Manager can have an overview of the reviews and 360° feedbacks of the employee, as well any disciplinary measures assigned to the employee. This tab contains 7 different tables:
Performance Potential Evaluation (screenshot) This performance/potential grid can be used to retrieve visual information about the employee. This grid can be edited by the HR Manager at any time, so the information is always up to date.
Performance Reviews (screenshot) Here you get an overview of all past, upcoming and already planned reviews.
Active Performance Reviews (screenshot) Graphical representation, based on reviews, where the HR Manager can see the progress the employee made regarding defined targets.
360° Reviewers (screenshot) Here you can see which employees are registered as 360° reviewers. For supervisors (as defined in an employee's digital personnel file), the direct reports are automatically entered here. As soon as an employee's supervisor changes, the direct reports are removed from the former supervisor as reviewers and entered in the new supervisor's personnel file.
360° Feedbacks (screenshot) Here you get an overview of all 360° feedbacks that are created as soon as the reviewers have completed the rating.
Review Details (screenshot) Here you receive a list of all active review details. These are taken over from the review itself. As soon as a target is edited, for example, because it has been completed, this overview is automatically updated.
Disciplinary Measures (screenshot) All disciplinary measures assigned to the employee will be stored in this table.
