HR Management

General

• Editable Goldbright Grids enable inline editing for flat lists or hierarchical lists. They are available for all kinds of entities and fully customizable. Out of the box there are grids available for projects, business units and the calculation of additional meal allowance.
• Customizations were added to several HR Management forms in order to improve the functionality and usability.
• Form Customizations were improved for CRM 2013 and 2015 usage.

Rapid Time Entry

• A quick edit area was added in the Rapid Time Entry for making easy changes on the details of a time entry record, such as the subject, billable time or effort to complete.
• The remaining work hours for every day are now calculated automatically in the Rapid Time Entry.
• Last week default
  In order to ease time entry for the employee, the rapid time entry grid can be preallocated with subjects of the last week's time entries.

Personnel Administration

• The content of the digital personnel file is enhanced by multiple direct views to employee-related data like skills, contracts, wages, etc.

Expenses

• The calculation for additional meal allowance according to German law is now automatically available for all the applicable amounts and all travel destinations worldwide.

Dashboards and Reports

• The employee attendance report enables to track clock times vs. allocated times, breaks, overtime as well as different absence types such as leave, sick leave and business closure - as overview for many employees or in detail for a specific employee.
• The HR Management Periods Dashboard enhances the overview for critical time-related events like ending probation periods, ending contracts and employee leaving the company.
• Human Resources Dashboards were reworked and improved.
